I have not received my ticket/I have been unable to complete the booking process.

In the event that it has not been possible to generate the ticket (e.g. as a result of short-term server outages), please contact the event organizer using the support email adress which you can find on the event detail page, providing your name, email address and mobile phone number, along with the details of the ticket. We will then send you your ticket via email or SMS. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the ticket is not misused.

My payment could not be completed/my booking was unsuccessful.

If possible, please try using another payment method. This error can occur if payment is rejected by your payment partner (credit card company, bank, etc.) or if one of your payment partner’s payment gateways or the connection to said gateway fails (such outages usually only last a few minutes). Please choose an alternative payment method or wait a short while before attempting the transaction again.

I made an error while booking. I have unintentionally booked tickets for the wrong event/the wrong number of tickets.

As your booking is processed automatically immediately upon confirmation, please contact the event organizer using the support email adress which you can find on the event detail page or on your ticket. Please provide your name, email address and mobile phone number along with the details of the ticket and, of course, the correct event/correct number of tickets/correct price. We will attempt to rectify the error.

I have lost my tickets/My tickets have been stolen.

Unfortunately we are not able to issue replacements for tickets that have been lost or stolen. Sole exception: The lost/stolen ticket includes a clearly identifiable seat number for which we will be able to issue you a seating confirmation that will also grant you entry to your chosen event. If this is the case, please contact the event organizer using the support email adress which you can find on the event detail page. If the lost/stolen ticket is for unallocated seating or a standing ticket, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you any further assistance.

Can I make changes to or cancel my booking at a later date?

No, unfortunately not. Your booking with Red Bull Tickets is binding. You may only withdraw your booking under limited legal provisions (Austrian Civil Code, Austrian Consumer Protection Act), such as if you were misled while booking or if you were pressured into booking. Please note: Ticket sales are not subject to the Austrian Distance Selling Act Section 5f No 7 Federal Law Gazette I 185/1999, which rules that the law does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the field of leisure activities, which also includes concerts. That means that the right of cancellation or return within seven days does not apply.

I have accidentall deleted the Email containing my ticket - what can I do?

If you have accidentally deleted the email and have not also received your ticket via SMS, please contact the event organizer using the support email adress which you can find on the event detail page, providing your name, email address and mobile phone number, as well as the details of the ticket. We will then resend your ticket via email or SMS.

Questions about events and artists

When will the event take place? When do the doors open?

Information regarding dates, prices and venues can be found on the event detail page. If we know what time the doors will open, this information will also be included in the information text. The time at which the event will start is always provided on your mobile/PDF ticket.

Will the event take place as planned?

In the event that changes such as postponement, cancellation, etc. occur, you will be informed of this via email or SMS. Red Bull Media House GmbH is, however, not obliged to inform the ticket holder of any cancellation/postponement/change of venue and shall therefore assume no liability in connection with cancelled/postponed events, or events for which the venue has changed. We therefore recommend that you visit the events page on our website prior to the relevant date and that you check event, artist and fan websites for information.

Is travel to the venue on public transport included with my ticket?

As a general rule, no. There are, however, some events for which your ticket also acts as a ticket to allow you to travel to and from the venue. This is expressly indicated on the ticket.

I travelled to an event that was cancelled. Can I claim back my travel and accommodation costs?

Red Bull Media House GmbH endeavours to inform you in good time of changes or cancellations, however it is unable to accept any liability for this. Red Bull Media House GmbH acts purely as a ticket vendor for events in Austria and as such is not responsible for providing reimbursement for expenses, etc. If you wish to make a claim of this nature, you must contact the event organiser directly.

How long will the event last?

Details regarding the duration of the event will be provided in the information text for the relevant event, provided that the said information has been provided to us by the organiser.

My mobile phone has been stolen – what can I do?

If your mobile phone has been stolen, you can still access your ticket using the link that was sent to you by email.

Can I take a camera to the event?

It is not permitted to take professional photographic equipment to concerts. If you violate this rule, in the worst-case scenario your camera will be confiscated and you will be ejected from the venue.

Can I record the concert?

No, professional recordings are not permitted. If you violate this rule, in the worst-case scenario your recording device will be confiscated and you will be ejected from the venue.

Who can I talk to if I wish to comment on/make a complaint about an event that I have attended?

Should you wish to comment on or make a complaint about an event that you have attended, please contact the event organiser directly. The event organiser is responsible for the running of the event, all organisational matters at the venue, ticket prices, seat allocation, etc. Red Bull Media House GmbH acts purely as a ticket vendor for events. We are therefore only able to provide further assistance in the case of clearly erroneous or incorrect bookings. In such cases, please contact us immediately at ticket@redbullmobile.com, providing us with a brief description of the problem. We will then contact you as soon as possible to agree upon how to proceed with the matter.

Are minors permitted to attend concerts?

Unfortunately there are no uniform rules regarding minors attending concerts. We are therefore unable to guarantee that unaccompanied minors will be granted entry to the event. If we have more precise information, however, we will include this in the information text for the relevant event. In case there is no information provided please contact the event organizer using the support email adress which you can find on the event detail page.

Questions regarding the booking process

I wish to book multiple tickets – how does this work?

Select the number of tickets that you wish to purchase and complete the payment and purchasing process. The links to the various tickets will be included in your email confirmation so you can forward these on to your friends. If you provide your mobile phone number, you will receive several SMS messages containing different links. You can then forward these on to your friends. Your friends can then use that link to access their QR code ticket anywhere and at any time, right up until the event starts. Warning: The ticket will be recorded electronically upon entry and can only be used once.

How do I apply a voucher code?

First select a payment method, then simply enter your voucher code in the field provided for that purpose.

What is the advantage of QR code tickets?

QR code tickets don’t just have one advantage, they have many! You can book your ticket at any time, even immediately before the event starts. It is no longer necessary to call a ticket hotline, search for a ticket vendor or collect the tickets. You also save on delivery costs.

What does “sold out” mean?

The message “sold out” means that we currently do not have any tickets left from our available quota. We will endeavour to obtain more tickets. Be sure to check our website regularly, as you may still be able to obtain a ticket. This message will also appear when no more tickets are available at all.

Under what circumstances will a mobile ticket not be accepted during the electronic entry checks?

A ticket for which payment has not gone through or for which payment has been reversed after the ticket has been issued will be automatically recognised as a locked ticket during the entry checks and entry will be denied. In the event of unauthorised entry to an event, or should the ticketing system be abused in any other way, the event organiser reserves the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings against the person concerned. If a code has already been recognised and voided due to another person having already used that code to gain entry to the event, the mobile ticket will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Why do you not offer box office collection?

This is to save you time and effort. As you have already received your ticket via email and SMS, there is no need for you to queue at the box office. If you would like a printed ticket, however, you can of course print out your electronic ticket at any time and show this when entering the event.
